as staff graphic designer, i was tasked with refreshing the station's classic neon green look with new inspiration. working with our marketing director, i produce brand assets for our social media accounts (instagram, youtube) and create everything else we need to keep our entirely student-run organization running!

Annie Gelfer, our Events Coordinator, dreamed up an exciting beginning of the year event, a s'mores social! to advertise this event, I created a fun Instagram promo and an exclusive sticker. it was a huge success, bringing together new and returning DJs, welcoming many to the Chapman Radio community!

our staff changes every year, so its a tradition to create a fun "meet the staff" post to introduce each member and their music habits to our DJs. in addition, it serves informative reference for anyone wanting to contact a specific member/position for any reason.

To showcase talent from Chapman and beyond, we hosted an Open Mic event at Contra Coffee, a local Orange coffee shop. Taking place in October, I decided to combine Contra’s iconic turquoise color with spooky imagery! There were 10 performances, an amazing turnout, and more exclusive stickers (of course).

at our final general meeting of the semester, we hosted our annual Awards Ceremony. i had the chance to combine some assets I’ve used throughout the semester into an elegant (and neon green) design for the Instagram promos, award certificates, and slideshow. congrats to the winners!

our station has 75+ shows, it gets a little hard to keep the schedule straight. here is the schedule we posted to the instagram for DJs friends, family, and any listener's reference (and mine, i still use it often...)

5 days. 5 giveaways. for the station's annual week of ticket giveaways, i worked in tandem with our marketing director to develop our campaign: Summerween Creepstakes! there were over 1500 entries and we were able to give away 11 pairs of tickets to students!

The project: revisit and refresh the Chapman Radio website and player, which has gone largely un-touched save for yearly updates to the staff and shows every semester. A refreshed website with the new fonts and logo design would serve the organization’s advertising goals and make tuning in more accessible to listeners, many of which are family and friends of current djs/chapman university students.
